A hefty splendid turnout for The Surf4theSoul barBQ in honour of Pete (The Yank) Gill's 70th Birthday was seen at the Old Success
on Saturday Night 26th June. Many gift bearing members and guests turned out to give Pete the birthday treat he well deserved.
Pete was overawed by it all and by the generosity of the gifts bestowed upon him and would like to Thank everyone for a fantastic
night and for the wonderful gifts and cards.

In usual 'Yank' Style he kept us waiting, and it was looking as though it may all be a washout when heavy rain hit the cove early
in the afternoon, but fortunately things dried up and it turned out to be a great outdoor even once more hosted by the
Old Success, (Thanks to Andrew and Staff).
